The Basics

Jester is a meme search and discovery app. You can browse public memes for free. Jester Pro is a paid subscription that lets you upload your own memes with AI-powered tagging and search.

Your Account

You need an account to use Jester. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your Content

You own the memes you upload. By uploading to Jester, you grant us a license to store, process (including AI analysis), and display your content within the app. If you share a meme to Explore, other users can view and save it.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to share, or that contains the exploitation of minors. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions

Jester Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage your subscription in your device's Settings app.

The Service

We provide Jester "as is." We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jester and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Jester after changes constitutes acceptance.
